Our quiet 1940's farmhouse will have you feeling you are at Grandma's house. Surrounded by beautiful, gently rolling hills, Our Place is kid friendly with plenty of room to roam or relax by the fire with family and friends. A detached garage is available for added security. We are a short drive to Kid’s America, Roscoe Village, Amish country and area wineries. No pets or smoking to protect guests with allergies. Very clean. Perfect for families or hunting groups. Stone Haven nestled on 23 beautiful acres!

Enjoy the lovely setting of Stone Haven! An upscale modern boho home nestled in the middle of 23 wooded acres where you can find yourself relaxing outside on the deck, hiking the many trails in the woods or enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.  Our barndominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and eat in kitchen with everything you need. There’s a large recreational room with a pool table, dartboard, putting green, a basketball hoop and plenty of games to choose from.

Tullihas in the Trees Off-Grid Treehouse

Tullihas in the Trees is an off-grid treehouse adventure. The treehouse has no electricity, no running water, no central heating, and limited cell service. There is a composting outhouse on site and potable water is available a short distance away. The treehouse is a great place to hammock, sit around the campfire, explore trails, and unwind while glamping on a lovely wooded farm. Sleeping bags are highly recommended during the cool months. The small propane heater will only take off the chill.

Rustic Cabin @ Tenbrooks Farm - Pets Welcome!

This is a one room rustic cabin that includes bunk beds for 4 persons: Propane heat, sink and 2 burner propane stove, sun shower, rain barrel, outhouse, table & chairs, oil lamps, candles, pots and utensils. Outdoor fire ring, grill, picnic table & some wood is provided. The cabin is secluded and is located in a very peaceful and quiet setting. Enjoy the stars, a campfire and silence! The cabin is located north of the farm GPSaddress, just around the corner, first road to the left.

The Hollyberry House

Breathtaking cabin located near some of Ohio’s finest attractions. The Hollyberry house boasts beautiful panorama views from every direction. With eight ponds and over 150 acres of farm, forest and magical ravines to explore you will find it difficult to be bored. Property amenities include a hot tub shack, cozy fireplace in the living quarters, a swimming pond equipped with a swim out dock and canoes, fire pit area, and also offers golf cart rentals for an extra charge of $45 per day.

River Rest Cottage in Coshocton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by Kenny on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Bombay Belle Glampsite in the Woods

Have a REAL GLAMPING Experience in The Bombay Belle, a 256 sq. ft. canvas cottage with a colorful East Indies vibe. This extraordinary off-grid, eco-friendly accommodation is fully furnished in the style of its origin, Old Colonial India. Leave the sleeping bag in the basement and spend a restful night in fine white linens on a cushiony queen-sized bed. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a private bathhouse are just a few of the amenities. The Woods await!
