The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Clean Comfy Cottage Downtown

Our tree shaded studio cottage is one block from the heart of downtown. Stay just a two block walk from Russian River Brewing. This clean and quiet cottage has a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed. I am happy to customize the space to your needs. I offer soft and firm mattresses. I use cotton blankets so that you can have any weight on your bed that you would like. You are welcome to stack seven or more blankets at a time. I will adjust my cleaning regimen to meet your preferences.

This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017
