Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Sip your morning coffee enjoying beautiful views of the acreage, pond and the group of deer that frequently pass through the fields. A perfect place to bring the entire family, including your pet as this home is pet friendly. There is the main house nearby on the property as this is a shared property.

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!
