It is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen, a living area with a dining table and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The guests have a terrace overlooking the garden. There is a shared garden which the guests can use. The apartment also has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private parking. Pets are not allowed.

Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
