The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

This one-bedroom / one-bathroom apartment features high ceilings and exposed brick and is attached to your host’s home - a Victorian townhouse on one of Evansville’s historic cobblestone streets. Pet fees $20 per stay $5 guest fee per day after 2.

This is a charming 1 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage located in the heart of Carmi. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 4, high speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, 1 queen bed upstairs with a half bath, with a full Bath on the main floor, and a private parking spot. We also have a 25amp Level 2 charger available upon request for anyone needing to charge their EV while they stay!
