Tre stanze da letto finemente arredate con mobili d'epoca, biancheria da letto pregiata, ognuna con bagno privato dotato di doppi servizi igienici e doccia. Un bagno nella zona giorno. Cucina completamente arredata. A disposizione piccoli elettrodomestici, divano letto, Tv sat., WI FI, Air condition, lavatrice.

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

Rustic townhouse with private back porch and BBQ

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

Park Riviera Adria Garden

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in 16-20h (we cant guarantee check in after 20h).

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
