The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Jacob Shepherd Hut with Free Hot Tub

We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. You receive 2 bags of logs when you arrive / additional bags are £7.50/bag Tucked into the hedgerows the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Exmoor National Park as you sip a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz.

A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed + single bed that some guests prefer to use rather than the sofa bed. Please let us know your preference on booking.
