We present Villa Anna, a marvellous villa with a sea view on the south coast of Sardinia, in one of the most loved and frequented localities by locals: Kal'e Moru, a true oasis of nature&wellness. It offers 8 beds divided into 4 spacious rooms, a large double living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms, for a total area of around 300 square metres.

L'appartamento al piano terra di una villa di due piani (al piano superiore abito io), ha accesso indipendente, è dotato di ampio cortile riservato, con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone, BBQ e lettini prendisole. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
