The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
