Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. This beautiful studio is the entire ground floor of a classic village beach house just a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach for you and your pet to freely roam. The guest suite boasts a large secluded deck for basking in the sun during the day, or hosting a BBQ at night-and is dog friendly. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Come and relax with family or friends. Take an easy walk to Portuguese beach or a short bike ride to world class surf, views and beach living. Watch for shooting stars at night while sitting by the fire or just curl up with incredible views of the ocean. Quails, turkeys, deer and an occasional bobcat may stroll across the yard. As soon as you step out of the car you can feel and smell the ocean breeze. Our house has both the indoor and outdoor space to take it all in and close to trails.

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

At the Hidden Valley Hideout, we invite you to put your worries aside and enjoy the tranquility that the giant redwoods surrounding the property create. Friends and families will love the open floorplan and indoor/ outdoor feel that this cottage in the woods provides. In the winter, enjoy a beautiful moving creek that flows through the property whilst fighting the morning chill away with a warm cup of coffee on the deck. Still feeling cold? Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
