Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

The bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Whether you just want a quiet getaway or explore the Yuba River and lakes nearby, you are set for a restful night away from home. Tesla home charger is available upon request for an additional fee.

Country Living magazine listed Nevada City as one of the top 10 small cities. Grass Valley is 10 minutes away as well and has more food, shopping, and entertainment for you. Access to the Yuba River is as close as 20 mins to Edwards Crossing and 20 mins to Hoyts Crossing on Highway 49.
