*Read Before Booking* Beautiful home in the Langworthy historic area. Walking distance to the 4th st elevator or downtown. It’s fully equipped with all the kitchen supplies you could need, a grill and patio furniture in back, & plenty of games like pool, darts & chess. 4 bedrooms-3 are furnished with beds and 1 set up as an office. There is a beautiful porch off the front and a large deck out back. There is plenty of street parking out front and back.

Welcoming 2 bedroom house in the heart of Dubuque

House is 2 bedrooms, one bath, fully stocked kitchen, on site laundry, and off street parking. Bedroom one has a king size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bathroom is equipped with a tub and a shower and towels provided. House is pet friendly (for a fee), and we highly recommend only smaller dogs or animals. Can get to the popular downtown area or west end in a short 5 minute drive. Close to all three colleges, and both hospitals.

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
