There are many great restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy and the MARTA train station is one block away providing direct access to downtown Atlanta. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

Welcome to our family home, a peaceful and quiet place like no other; modern and cozy and very spacious. 2 car garage, plus two more spaces in the driveway.The house has 3 bedrooms, the master is spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom and walking closet. Second bedroom with King bed and the third with queen. Office 2.5 bathrooms; huge leaving room and dinning room; just renovated white kitchen and extended patio; patio furniture for 6; pergola and Jacuzzi for 6 adults!

Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
