Welcome to River House Social Retreat, a relaxing getaway destination designed for days and evenings well spent with family and friends with an in ground pool rental option. It's located adjacent to our sister property, River's Edge Retreat. When both homes are booked together, they can accommodate up to 22 guests. This home offers a vibe centered around connection, family competition and comfort. Your group can enjoy pool table clashes, foosball showdowns, card night or settling in for a movie.

Beautiful historic 4 bedroom, 4 bath home within walking distance to shopping, bars/restaurants and all that downtown Muscatine has to offer. Enjoy sweeping views of the Mississippi River from several vantage points in and outside this home. The 3000 sf interior offers many places to gather and relax. Two of the bedrooms have on suite full baths. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. Additional amenities include, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, games, grill, outdoor entertainment area.

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

Backyard is fenced with large firepit, patio, and deck to enjoy throughout the seasons. Five minutes to I-80 and under 15 minutes to TBK Sports Complex, Eldridge IA, downtown Davenport, East Village, and Tax Slayer Center. This has been my home for 18 years, so it's got everything you need to feel at home!!
