The Summerhouse

A beautifully decorated space that sits in the stunning Surrey Hills area. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A wonderful space that will make you feel calm and relaxed. Patio doors overlook farm paddocks which back onto the Sheepleas. A fantastic location - many National Trust properties nearby, walking distance to The Duke of Wellington pub and the stunning Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place. Many beautiful walks in areas of outstanding natural beauty nearby. **NB No Shower**

Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

A quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding garden or take a stroll in the nearby woods. The private side entrance for guests leads to a kitchenette with lite cooking facilities,fridge and washer/dryer. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
