Welcome to @RidingHeights – our cute mid-century modern/bohemian style bungalow home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

Gollum's Cave (duplex) Now w/late checkout Sundays

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This cozy get away will take you back in time, but with all the comforts and amenities of modern lifestyles. You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

My goal was to create a space that has a great location but heightens every one of your creative senses. In this one think "New York Boho high rise on the water". I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Conveniently located to Peoria and Bloomington Normal 25 minutes to Rivian 15 minutes to OSF, Unity Point, and Caterpillar Morton has many parks~ disk golf, soccer, pools. and bike trails .

What makes our cottage a unique experience are the gorgeous water views from just about every room and the sunsets are amazing too! You may even forget that you are in Central Illinois!
