My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the airport, the city center, parks. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, the locations.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), medium groups, and furry friends (pets). There is a 2 dog MAXIMUM LIMIT and females must be spayed, due to a past bad experience. The back yard IS FULLY FENCED. No Cats and No Parties ($500 party fee.) There are televisions in all 3 bedrooms.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. The rental space is managed by the couple's son and daughter-in-law.
