Surrounded by nature and wildlife enjoy the newly renovated outdoor patio space complete with hot tub, fire pit, seating and a gas grill. Or take a day to explore as you are minutes from I-77, 15 min. from Sugarcreek (the gateway to Amish Country), and 30 min. from Canton (home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame).

Welcome to our newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house in the quiet town of Navarre, next door to a park (UPDATE) recently added a brand new pickle ball court! If you want to burn off some energy, next door to a Deli and more eating places close by, relax in the Hot Tub or go on a hike or bike ride on the bike trail that is just around the corner, the main bedroom has 2 queen beds the small bedroom has 1 queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, the kitchen is fully furnished

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed.
