The Annex at Retreat House

Retreat House is an 18th century merchant's house located a few metres from the Strand and Exe estuary in Topsham. Recently refurbished, we have 2 guest suites included which are separate to the main house with independent access. The Studio is on the ground floor with a double bed, en-suite shower room and kitchenette (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, sink, toaster and fridge). The Attic occupies it's own floor accessed via a private staircase with twin beds and a bathroom.

Tucked away in a quiet yet central part of Topsham this spacious self-contained property is a perfect base for a few nights or a much longer stay. You can park immediately outside and there is secure storage for bikes. The large bedroom has a super-king size bed. The property is connected to our family home but has a separate entrance and is very private.
