Στην 65 τ.μ. βίλα μας μπροστά στη θάλασσα, η οποία έχει επιμεληθεί και διακοσμηθεί από αρχιτέκτονα μηχανικό, στην Ακτή Ελίας θα απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Η ιδιωτική παραλία κάτω από τα πεύκα, τις ελιές και τα πλατάνια με την υπέροχη θάλασσα θα σας χαλαρώσει απόλυτα. Το σπίτι έχει μεγάλη αυλή για τα παιδιά. Σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων από τη βίλα υπάρχουν υπέροχα εστιατόρια και γραφικές ταβέρνες, για να αποφύγετε τις μετακινήσεις με το αμάξι. Το Porto Carras απέχει από τη βίλα μας περίπου 12 χλμ.
