Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

Ein kleines, romantisches Apartment in einem über 260 Jahre alten historischen Haus am Fuße des Untersbergs. Über den zentralen Flur werden Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, Badezimmer und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit ausziehbaren Schlafsessel angebunden. Über das Wohnzimmer erreicht man das Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Ein Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus oder der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten, die Stationen erreichst Du zu Fuß in 7 min. Neben der Nähe zur Stadt ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Naherholungsgebiet rund um den Gaisberg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
