There's a beautiful, fully upgraded kitchen, a king in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the LR. Upstairs is a large & open loft bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a breakfast nook and a 75” TV. And did we mention your new happy place, that fabulous rooftop deck?

Ocean Front Townhouse w/ view, large Yard

The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.

La Jolla Oceanfront Serenity Suite

The Suite has it all except it’s smaller than our grand Master Suite . This place is spiritual. It’s just you overlooking the beach with six thousand miles to go before you see your closest neighbors across the ocean. You are just above the breaking surf. The private entrance has a gentle slope upwards, no steps, room for surfboards and bicycles, and a big spa on the blufftop. There is no beach access here.
