Take in a Ole Miss game or check out Beale St. We are within walking distance of Main Street in Como where you can find great restaurants and antiques. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
