Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, minisplit heating and cooling, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, Fenced backyard, patio w/ seating, Private Parking.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Entire house is yours offering over 1300 sq. ft. of combined indoor/outdoor living. Tons of light with granite counters and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy views of the nearby pond and abundant birds including our free range chickens, ducks, peacocks and a dog or two that will likely be porch visitors. Amenities include a washer/ dryer. We are pet friendly with a gated yard for your pooch. 2 minutes from I 90 and 15 min. to downtown.

High Country Cabin

Come and relax, enjoy a cup of coffee as you read a book. Enjoy some good food in town or on the deck of your own private cabin overlooking our pond and creek. There are many fun outdoor activities in the area including hiking, biking, kayaking, hunting, fishing, skiing, golfing, only 20-30 min away from two different hot springs, and an hour and a half away from Flathead Lake. With one queen bedroom, one bath, a living/dining room, pull out couch and loft with two queen air mattresses.

Urban Tranquility at the Cooper House

The Cooper House is the ground floor unit in a designer-built dwelling completed in 2016. An urban oasis with a private zen-inspired courtyard. The Cooper House is located in the historic Westside of Missoula. The property is 2 miles from the heart of downtown Missoula and just a few minutes walk/bike to the Clark Fork river greenbelt corridor and trail system. There are multiple restaurants, breweries, and a cidery all within walking distance in this eclectic and diverse neighborhood.

Into the Woods 32’ Camper with Slide-Out, Hot Tub

This is a beautiful camper with an awning, bunk beds, a private room with a queen bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, dining area, sofa, flat screen, air conditioning and heater. It is right next to a cute seasonal creek with a canopy and table and chairs and we also have lovely hiking trails. Dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed. Please note that we are along a busy road and that there is road noise and train tracks close by but we are also very close to amenities.

The Bitterroot Bunkhouse

Welcome to our beautiful barndominium nestled in the stunning Bitterroot Valley of Montana! With easy access to charming towns like Stevensville, Missoula, and Darby, as well as nearby attractions like the Bitterroot National Forest and Lost Trail Powder Mountain, our barndominium is the perfect home base for your Montana adventure.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. We hope you see its potential and feel the peacefulness and calm that it affords as a refuge from the noise and demands of life.

This Log Cabin is nestled near Lolo Creek and on a large, wooded property. Private driveway with bridge across creek. There are 350 miles of groomed trails right outside your door! Bring your snowmobiles! Lots of hiking and fishing right beside your cabin. This Cabin is located 2 Miles from Lolo Hot Springs. There is a Restaurant, Casino, Bar with Indoor/Outdoor Hot Spring Pools less than 2 miles away. Bathroom and small kitchen is located in adjacent shop/garage.

Welcome to our cozy farmstay for two on a working sheep farm.
