Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

Vintage pig nestles in a sheltered valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an ideal location for exploring both the coast and moor, as well as woodland walks/bike rides. The piggery sits in its own private garden within the grounds of our grade II listed Devon longhouse.

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.

The apartment is situated just off the A38/380 and gives easy access to the coast and Éxe Estuary cycle paths. There are numerous scenic walks from the apartment, with coastal and estuary views. The Ley Arms, a lovely village pub, is a very short walk away, serving good locally produced food.
