This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Bay View backs onto sand dunes leading to the beautiful Greatstone beach. It has a very relaxing atmosphere with panoramic views from Dover to Dungeness. The beach is very safe for children and great for dog walking all year round. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Lovely countryside and beach walks and free use of 2 bicycles. The garden is private, though the cottage next door is granted access through if needed

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.
