Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

The home is close to Lake Wilhelm where you can enjoy hiking, biking on the bike trail, kayaking, or taking in a beautiful sunset. Thiel, Westminster, and Grove City Colleges are a short drive. There are a few great coffee shops close by, as well as Wilhelm Winery, and numerous restaurants. The Grove City Premium Outlet Mall is a short 20 minute drive.
