Sweet Solitude

Visit this tiny rural cabin. Now is prime birdwatching season! Bring binoculars. Excellent neighbors, but none in sight. 🙂 Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Country home in the town of Sandy Lake. You can expect a creek stocked with fish outside while enjoying full amenities inside. Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.
