The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Self contained annexe 10 minutes from Goodwood, Chichester centre & theatre. Close to beaches at Wittering & sailing in the harbour. Twin beds which join to make a superking and small double sofabed in main room. Connected bedroom has double bed and shares the bathroom - great for family or close friends. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement.

The Pigsty

We have recently refurbished the Cottage’s two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom offering 2-4 people or a family a relaxing and comfortable break. Ideally located in the Downland village of West Ashling with a fabulous pub and for all the Goodwood events, Chichester plus a short drive from Bosham. We look forward to welcoming you.

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
