The Detached 4 bedroom Cottage is situated in a perfect location to see the spectacular locations around Anglesey or just a short distance to Snowdonia if you are here for a hike. The cottage is just 5 minutes from the train station. There are three double rooms and a single each with a 32 /40 inch Tv. Room one has wifi speakers and workspace. Additional single bed is available on request. There is a multifuel burner in the living room, modern film room with 55 inch tv and games room. EV charger

Ideally located to enable you to explore Snowdonia National Park, the North Wales coast and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. Situated 7 miles from the royal town of Caernarfon with it's majestic castle, 5 miles from Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon in the National Park. ZipWorld and its famous zip line 7 miles away. 20min walk down steep hill into the village with pretty marina and pubs. Sorry no pets.

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 8 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.

It is perfectly located for visiting Anglesey and North Wales. Eryri (Snowdonia) is around 20 minutes away and everything on Anglesey is on hand.
