Apartman je smješten u mirnoj starogradskoj jezgri. Nalazi se na 1.katu ima balkon sa pogledom na bazen. Apartman ima ograđeno zemljište površine 500 m s automatskim dvorišnim vratima, parking prostorom, ljuljačkom, biljarom i stolnim nogometom. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju 2 kvalitetna vrtna namještaja, vanjski roštilj(grill, plin). Bazen sa hidro masažama i tušem te ležaljkama, pruža mogućnost uživanja neometanog sunčanja i kupanja. Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

Es ist eine geräumige familienfreundliche Wohnung mit sozusagen drei Schlafzimmern, das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ist ein Anschluss Zimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad. Es steht noch ein Schlafzimmer mit Babybettchen, das Bad ist nebenan. Ebenfalls ist noch ein Wohnzimmer und Essbereich, sowie eine Küche vorhanden.
