Located right across from the Community Pool & Rec Center where you'll have access to the pool, playground, gym, games, & new tennis/pickleball courts! Also right across from a gravel beach at the lake where you can swim/kayak/paddleboard/fish all day long! The house is equipped w/ a 2-man kayak, 2 paddleboards, pingpong, 2 large decks w/ lake-views, grill patio, & fire pit area for smores!

Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful wooded lot with plenty of parking for trailers and space to hike. 25 minute drive to bike trails between Lake leatherwood, Bentonville and Rogers. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

While The LAKE FRAME doesn’t have its own pool, a short 3-5 minute walk takes you to a lakeside oasis featuring a brand-new pickleball court, a swimming pool, and a small clubhouse. The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Nature lovers will delight in frequent visits from Fox, deer, squirrel, and many species of birds. We have board games, card games, puzzles for every level, and books for all ages.

Sally's Sanctuary

It's a beautifully decorated, peaceful, cozy lake house with a treehouse feel and a short path leading down to the lake. An open floor plan and themed rooms decorated for the season make it special. Magestic sunrises! Purples, oranges, yellows, and reds reflect off of the lake. And, the moon glistens off of the water at night! Bring your kayak, canoe, snorkeling/scubadiving gear, fishing poles, or any water activity you enjoy.

Eagles Nest on Whitney Mountain

All rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of Beaver Lake from atop Whitney Mountain, the highest elevation on the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.
