Es un estudio independiente, totalmente equipado situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. No tiene ascensor. La cama es de 150x200cm. Dispone de un sofá con chaisselongue y smart tv. Tiene una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario para el día a día, un amplio cuarto de baño y un vestidor.
