Little House on the Werri

A modern fully self contained studio apartment on the N.S.W South Coast. The studio is situated in the front garden of the main house.The courtyard is set in between and overlooked by both buildings. Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach. Included in tariff is tea coffee and breakfast snacks, courtyard, & BBQ.

Perfect for a beach or rural escape or just sit and read a book on the sun drenched verandas. Suitable for wheelchair access and for children.
