THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Claret Ash Cottage is a beautiful 1890's mining cottage nestled in the hamlet of Elderslie, Hunter Valley. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and suits those wanting to wind down by the fire pit in winter or on the back deck watching the sunset in summer - whilst enjoying the bounty of the Wine Country region. A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.
