This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

At the entrance to the city in a very quiet environment is our charming stone house surrounded by a large garden where you will have peace and privacy, and in just a few minutes drive you will be on the beach or downtown. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. In the house you have everything that will allow you a pleasant stay.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.
