Hier gibt es alles was ihr braucht: Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kochnische mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC Der Außenaufgang ist groß genug, so dass ihr ihn auch als kleinen Balkon nutzen könnt oder ihr geht einfach in den großen Garten, der allen Gästen und mir zur Verfügung steht.

Willkommen im ♡ Bayerns, im kleinen Dorf Berbling. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes und bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber hat Berbling die perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne und WC, einem großen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essbereich und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor einem gemütlichen Kaminofen. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen, solange die Tiere anständig bleiben :-)

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

At the edge of the village of Grassau in the district of Reifing, just a few kilometres south of Lake Chiemsee, you will find the cosily furnished holiday apartment in Haus Schild. The 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house on the outskirts and features a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), as well as a bathroom. It offers space for up to 3 people.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Licht & Raum mit Loft-Feeling

Offen, einladend & optisch getrennt. Der große lichtdurchflutete Wohn- und Schlafbereich lädt zum verweilen ein. Im Wohnbereich befinden sich zwei Couchen, die jederzeit zu Schlafcouchen umgewandelt werden können. Somit sind dann VIER Schlafplätze vorhanden. Der große Balkon mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm bietet ein herrliches Alpenpanorama über die Dächer von Grassau bis zur Hochplatte.
