queda a doce minutos de la estacion de tranvia y el tren ,hay dos grandes centros comerciales dentro de cinco minutos con carro y al centro de graz con carro diez minutos y al aeropuerto cinco kilometros. La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa. Teneomos tambien la possibilidad de alquilar 1 o 2 bicicledtas.

Direkt bei der Wohnung ist zudem eine Straßenbahnstation, die direkt zum Hauptplatz und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.
