Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
