Husets hjerte er et samlet rum bestående af køkken, spise- og opholdsstue. Herfra er der adgang til tre soveværelser og en vestvendt terrasse, med solnedgange. Haven inviterer til aktivitet, leg og afslapning for børn og voksne (trampolin, bålplads m.m.).

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

The bedroom with the old stable door, family room with wood-burning stove, kitchen and toilet and bath with underfloor heating form the framework for a different and lovely holiday home. I mit lille træsommerhus, er der mulighed for at slappe af. Huset er helårsanvendeligt, da der både er varmepumpe og brændeovn. Det er uprætentiøst og i klar sommerhusstil. Der er stor terrasse på to/tre sider rundt om huset, charmerende drivhus og en dejlig stor have. Haven er hegnet ind og derfor velegnet til hunde. Huset rummer badeværelse, bryggers, køkken alrum i ét, et lille aflukket soverum til en person, samt soveafdelingen med dobbeltseng integreret ind i alrummet.

Our cozy cottage is just a short walk from the beach and stunning hills. Surrounded by nature, it features a spacious garden with a bonfire area, trampoline, hammock, bicycles and a refreshing outdoor shower. In summer, a separate annex in the garden offers extra space for sleeping or relaxing, conveniently located near the main house. Perfect for couples and families with children. Welcome to this modern 80 sqm summer house in North Zealand, just 550m from the beach. The house has a large open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and fireplace.
