Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The location is ideal for Bombay Sapphire Distillery, Oakley Hall, walks on Watership Down, visits to the Whitchurch Silk Mill and of course Steventon, the birth place of Jane Austen. The annexe is separate from the main house, with plenty of parking plus use of the tennis court and part of the stunning garden offering extensive views across the countryside. Reiki treatments are also available from the host. The market town of Alresford is eight minutes away and it is a thirty minute drive to Chawton House, home of Jane Austen.

Tucked away at the top of a period home is a completely renovated apartment offering superb views of the surrounding area with all new furniture and fittings. The space The loft space comprises of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Guest access. Guests enter through main house front door and climb 2 flights of stairs to their own floor. Other things to note We have 2 cats. Also there is a seating area at the front of the house which catches the afternoon sun.

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

There is street parking locally for which there is a charge paid via a street meter. Walking distance from the seafront, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard.
