My place is a very nice top floor flat of a historic building with original features, very spacious and bright. It is located in one of the most beautiful and lovely areas of Southsea, with the sea and a wide beach at only 300 yards, beach cafes, tennis courts and a magical Rose Garden. The flat has a big kitchen with all appliances and the room has a firm mattress. That's all that you need :) Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups are welcome.

The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

We know the area well so can give you plenty of tips about our favourite places to explore. Access beautiful beaches through the wooded chines with a 25 minute stroll. Bournemouth town centre is a 20 minute walk through the Gardens. Great links to public transport. Peaceful yet central apartment - the best of both worlds!

The Studio is warm, cosy with its own en-suite bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, and has its own private access and parking. The location is ideal for Bombay Sapphire Distillery, Oakley Hall, walks on Watership Down, visits to the Whitchurch Silk Mill and of course Steventon, the birth place of Jane Austen. Overton has numerous pub, restaurants, coffee shops for meals

Tucked away at the top of a period home is a completely renovated apartment offering superb views of the surrounding area with all new furniture and fittings. The space The loft space comprises of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Guest access. Guests enter through main house front door and climb 2 flights of stairs to their own floor. Other things to note We have 2 cats. Also there is a seating area at the front of the house which catches the afternoon sun.

The loft comprises a double bed, shower room and kitchen area. Parking is available outside or by the side of the main house. New Alresford is a 15 min, beautiful walk away so the independent shopping and eateries can be accessed easily. Winchester is only 9 miles away.

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
