Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Moderne 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit offener Küche, Bad und Balkon für 1 bis 5 Gäste. Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Fußweg zur Offenbacher Messe beträgt 7 min, Frankfurt-City ist in 10 min und der Flughafen in 28 min mit der S-bahn erreichbar. Du bewohnst dein eigenes kleines Häuschen mit privatem Eingang. Es verfügt über WC, Waschbecken und Dusche, Sauna auf Anfrage (20€ extra) und einen kleinen, wunderschönen Garten. Der Wohnraum hat eine bequeme Schlafcouch (1,4x2m), TV, DVD und eine gute Musikanlage. Eine weitere Schlafgelegenheit (2 x2m) gibt es im oberen Bereich. Es handelt sich um einen privaten Haushalt, wir freuen uns über Gäste und versuchen stets, eine persönliche Begrüßung zu ermöglichen.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
