The Bank House is one Ditchling’s oldest & most iconic buildings. Built in 1573 and situated in the heart of the village it has a wealth of period features combined with comfort, luxury and space. Ditchling is a quintessential downland English village. Tucked into the foot of the South Downs in the National Park, it has breathtaking views, gorgeous walks / cycles and a selection of local pubs & eateries all within a short walk. Woodside studio

A converted, fully self contained studio flat for 2 people with space for 2 kids. The studio is set back from the main house on the grounds with a private entrance, and covered decking areas with a view into the woods. Parking space for 2 cars. Private driveway. 12 minute walk to Hassocks station with easy access to London/ Brighton. Downs' walkers/ cyclists, business trips, families who need a bit of space from visitors all welcome. If we are able, we can collect/ drop you at station.

Detached South Downs Annexe

Located at the foot of the South Downs, the contemporary annexe sits adjacent to our Grade II listed cottage. Whilst completely independent of our house (separate access and a small private patio) the French doors do look across the garden to our cottage. Superbly situated for walkers, cyclists and exploring the highlights of the area - beautiful villages, wineries, historic houses & gardens, or simply for a break. Easily accessible for Brighton, the south coast and trips to London.

@Home Station

our lovely cosy flat is located in Hassocks right above the Heeler centre clinic and just a few steps away from the train station, making it ideal for people who will be commuting or travelling by train. Hassocks is only 10 minutes away from Brighton City that offer you lively beach, unique independent shops down at the lanes, and a great time. from our flat walk across the road to our local pubs and sainsbury just 3mins away! Hassocks are filled with lovely shops and cafes.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Set in the village of Keymer West Sussex, this 450 year old traditional local pub, is ideal for South Downs Way walkers, hikers and cyclists. Refurbished 2026 1 - 1 double En-suite room. The Pub offers evening entertainment on the following nights - Monday - Friendly local Darts competitions Tuesday - Pizza Van Wednesday - Quiz night Thursday - Open Mic. Please be mindful, the room is above a local vibrant pub.
