Here you’ll enjoy a serene setting on a quiet lake, 7-person hot tub, and lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks available to use. Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This home is beautifully designed to be the backdrop of precious new memories w/ your loved ones! Pets welcome!

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Come get cozy and reset away from the hustle and bustle!

Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat (no license needed if over 30), 2 kayaks & private dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a private, sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides complete privacy and ample access to nature.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
