This little house offers space and comfort for a great break, close to city, sea and country. It is about an 8 min drive from J29 on the M5 and 15 min drive from St David's railway station or the university. There is private off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby.

Welcome to our secluded studio cabin with its own private garden. The Heavitree Hideaway is a 15 min walk from Exeter city centre, a 10 min walk from the Hospital & a 4 min walk from Waitrose supermarket. The peaceful garden area is fenced off at the end of our own long garden. Independent access is via a keypad at the side passage of our house The spacious wetroom/toilet has an electric shower & hot water sink which is separate to the studio but accessed via a covered decking area

This Grade II listed building is perfectly placed for all central Exeter has to offer, whilst also being tucked away. You can explore Exeter’s history, visit the Cathedral, Underground passages or go on a guided tour with Exeter Red Coats. There is plenty of shopping to do, whether that be the big brands located in Princesshay or independent boutiques located in Gandy Street and Fore Street. There is also a multitude of places to eat from the bigger chains to local independents.

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
