You'll have this space all to yourself. This is a private apartment, in a Triplex, centrally located in Clearwater near US Hwy 19 and Gulf to Bay Blvd. Clearwater Beach is a straight drive ahead (about 4 miles). This is a large 1 bedroom apartment that is perfect for two, but can also sleep four with the sleeper-sofa. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a screened in patio in the back where smoking is allowed, and a fully stocked laundry room with no extra charge.

Less than 30 minutes to TPA Airport, 13 miles to Clearwater Beach, 2.2 Miles to Honeymoon Island, 1.0 miles to US-19 to easily get to surrounding areas, and 3.5 miles to downtown Dunedin. Guest house located on property with friendly host. There is one parking space provided for guests onsite. Happy to provide recommendations for a local experience during your stay! Location is central with short distance to nearby beaches, attractions and other nearby towns. Unit is approximately 500 square feet with a living room-kitchen open concept and One bedroom - bathroom open concept. Great access from Tampa Airport 20 minutes and 1.5/hours drive from Orlando airport
