Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Tucked away at the back of the property, the “Tiny Farmhouse” is located furthest from our other homes and offers near-total seclusion and privacy. Relax with your morning coffee under a canopy of oaks as you watch the birds start their day or catch a glimpse of one of our Longhorns, goats, or blackbuck antelope. At night, slip into the hot tub and stare at thousands of twinkling stars under the big Texas skies as the howls of distant coyotes keep you company.

The Cozy Travel Trailer

Come stay in the Hill Country... A large 32 foot, travel trailer nestled under oak trees. Private bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. An instruction sheet is on the desk as you walk in that should answer any questions you might have. Hope to see you soon!
