Built in 1885 by one of the city's founders, you will find hand-carved ornate woodwork, Italian marble fireplaces, and grand furniture in Victorian style. We are centrally located within minutes from the Fairbury Legion Speedway, Daves Supermarket, Walton's Center, and other area attractions. We have put together an area guide for you to plan your stay and be immersed in small-town America.

The Frederick R. Feitshans House in Springfield's Old Aristocracy Hill Neighborhood is a beautiful example of a 2-story high-style Gothic Revival Victorian. The house was built in 1879, but renovated around 2000. Victorian period design touches can be seen throughout. You will stay in the Rose Room on the 2,590 sq ft 2nd floor! The rest of the 2nd floor is shared space.

One bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath. Kitchen, game room and laundry room are shared space. Great river views, walk to wineries, zipline, gondola ride, and marine.
