*Only out of season dates available* Weekly discount offered We have 7 fully equipped lodges on our small family run farm that each sleep 4 (+1) in a double room with king size bed and a bunkbed room with a fold out single bed. Peninnis Farm is ideally located as we are away from the hustle and bustle but only a short pleasant walk away from Hugh Town. On either side of the farm are some of the island’s best beaches, Porthcressa and Old Town beach and the harbour is only a 10 min walk away.

Charlie's Cottage

Situated on St. Mary's in the Isles of Scilly, Charlie's Cottage is a traditional granite cottage that sleeps six in three bedrooms (two bedrooms can be made up as doubles or singles) . It has been completely restored and refurbished to a very high standard, with a tongue and groove whitewashed interior and stone or wooden floors throughout. Nestled in a quiet corner of Porthcressa Bay just 50 yards from the south-facing beach and a short, level walk from the main town.

'Bryher' is a 3 bedroom end of terrace property forming part of five self-contained, individually owned properties at Mount Flagon having sleeping accommodation for five adults comfortably. The property is situated in a peaceful setting just along the coastal path, about 10 minutes walk to Hugh Town with its shops and quay where the local boats offer day trips to the surrounding islands. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

The design has been lead by its location which takes full advantage of the views on offer from both the glass fronted bedroom with its own balcony and the lounge kitchen/diner which has patio doors opening to a Juliet balcony allowing for the immediate and uninterrupted views of the harbour and Old Quay.

Being only 100 metres from the quay this is an ideal location for those who want to be close to the harbour activities. The property sleeps 4 guests in 2 en-suite bedrooms.
