The plant filled balcony is adding to the calmness, while the scent of jasmine is filling the air. Part of a complex with 3 houses, in a quiet area, yet a very short drive to the main village Stavros. Afales beach is 800m far. Also close to the "School of Homer" Available in the winter months too, you will find the warmth of the wood stove lit, upon arrival.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Melina's House is located at the picturesque village of Karavomylos. Karavomylos is located at the most central place of Kefalonia making it an ideal place for exploring the whole island. Within walking distance you can find Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakery, Supermarket and everything that will make your vacations enjoyably and relaxing. Very close to the house are the most famous sightseeing of Kefalonia, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach and the very beautiful Agia Efimia village.

Secluded Villa Antikleia with private pool

Villa Antikleia is in a quiet and secluded location in a pristine valley with a view that extends up to the sea. The wonderful sunset and lush vegetation accompanied with the relaxing sound of the lamps that can be enjoyed from the terrace surrounding the building as well as while swimming in the private pool. It is located in an estate of about 3 acres, which was once a vineyard and vegetables garden that was damaged by the construction of the villa and is now slowly re cultivated

Villa Nikolas

A lovely traditional new house in Perachori with a view of the village and the mount above, for four people , two bedrooms ,one bath a kitchen with oven ,refrigerator , coffe e machine and a living room with fireplace, Tv , air conditioning and WiFi. The plot is 2 squere meters with outdoor furniture , BBQ , parking and one entrance with gate. With every reservation you charged with tax for the climate change wich is 8€/day and it is payed to the Airbnb platform .
