Beautiful 2 bedroom house with queen bed in each, living room, kitchen, necessities, dishwasher, washer & dryer, AC, front porch, back yard & big driveway. Travelers will be given a code to enter door. It includes wifi, usb charging port, computer desk & chair. It is provided with coffee & tea. Help yourself to any snacks. There are cards, games & books to pass the time. Spectrum cable on roku TV. Minutes to downtown, Midland, 31 West, Denison Univ, National Trails, Babe Ruth & golfing. No pets.

The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.
